Cheapest way to 99 herbalore... currently 76

Whats the cheapest way to get from 76 to 99 herbalore.
Id prefer to spend 100m, and at most 200m.

Any ideas?

 

Serum 207 is easily the cheapest.

 

serums or prayer pots i hear, try to get the scroll of cleansing aswell

All of the above are wrong^
The cheapest way to level herblore is by cleaning herbs, this usually makes a profit aswell.
Although serum 207's are a bit faster and a tiny bit more afk.

There is a simba bot that cleans 12k herbs per hour which gets you over 100k xp per hour.

So herbs for tiny loss or profit
Or serum 207's for speed and less concentration but around 100m cost
