Explanation of trade :
I'm posting this report on behalf of my friend who does not have a sythe.
My friend bought a maxed staker from chick's gold site 2 days ago on june 24 and today while randomly pvming he got hit with a RWT ban and when disputed they offered him a discount on the next purchase instead of refunding the orignal amount or the account which is unjust. ( I can confirm no RWT has been done on the acc or IP - its only my word of mouth but yeah )
Also to add my friend was playing on 3 different accounts at the same time on the same IP and only THIS account got banned rest all his personal accounts are fine.

Now Chick's gold has a 30 day insurance policy as they advertise in their sythe link - now when asked about the insurance in their live chat, they say they do not cover RWT bans and you can check it in their rules.

Look at the small portion of view details below opening their account purchase page - they have a 10 page long thesis to read and gauge what they are offering.
Even during the purchase no mention of any such claim (not covering RWT ban) is mentioned.
This is really bad trading practice, I know there is no way to get a refund as they have loopholes where they blatantly advertise free insurance but cover only few things in the minor details - please look into this.

Hi Pirate he bought a max staker to start fresh and max out the account - he has been training in legit rune if you need screenshots I can point you. Also I would like to make this clear this report is for BAD TRADING practices on chicks and would request a DNT/TWC on them - there is no point in going for a refund as said they have many loopholes they will exploit in their rules of service. ( Please read my point on their 10 page long thesis and where a 1st time user who has never bought an account before know about insurance if he's hit with a RWT ban )

For proof of ban I can have my friend show the time he was banned ( from Runeline screenshots ) he was playing on 3 different accounts - where at the time of ban he has not been banned on these accounts & banned only on the max staker. ( This is highly suggesting the account was flagged somehow and he got hit with the ban ). Also to notice all this happened within 2 DAYS purchasing the account.

Also why does anyone buy an account from a gold site and not get it hand trained from others? Because they trust the site even though they charge an exurban amount - they give the assurance nothing shady will happen to the account.
I understand you can argue RWT ban is based on your own accord but how do you get a ban only on the max staker while all other accounts of yours are fine ( they are logged in currently from the same IP while he got hit with ban). Are you suggesting these sites are outsourcing these accounts shadily to Venezuelans who have a history of this kind of occurrence
occurring and then charging almost 2-3x+ the account creation rate ( good for their buisness ) but no protection for the customer?
I do not know how the section of account buying rules are but how are we sure chicks is not repsonsible for already rwting ( when getting the account to 99 stats - how do you get those stats without xfering gold? ).

Regarding my friend having a Sythe yes he has one, my mistake on saying he doesn't but made the report on his behalf because he has no idea on how sythe works.

Also I've never claimed he has not RWT'd in the past - I have claimed it was his first time buying an account with real money after he came back from a long break quitting osrs.

In a similar scenario how do we know the account wasn't already flagged when chicks is reselling these accounts from venezuelans? There are other hard working gold selling sites who train their accounts legitly and charge approximately the same price but went ahead with chicks because they are highly trusted. Can they provide proof that the account is not a resale from a shady deal they got the account from a venezuelan and basically selling it for a always profit/no risk deal because their TOS covers them.



To reiterate this report is only for bad trading practices from chicks, I have already paid my friend 100$ for suggesting chicks to buy an account off.

Also please look into the fact that only the staker got banned while all his other accounts were up at the same time from the same IP - as proof I can only provide runelite screenshots from leveling up of the account that got banned and another account hes playing on at the same time leveling up + only as a word of mouth I was messing around revs with him when the ban took place on another account he was on.
