Belly still banned?

Oke so when i login it say's im banned for scamming

First it was temp, and now it's perm? so wtf is this?
There is no proof that i did scam anyone?
Ive opened like 10 disputes and still got no reaction?!

what kind of service is this?
I'm getting igorned on msn by admins when i ask them anything..

it's totaly crap, i din't do shit and im banned.
