i have been working with rungold with their gp sales from february 2020, he taught me how to deal with customers, tickets, how to negotiate rates, which type of accounts were the safest to clients, atleast from his experience. Rungold wanted to grow on 2020 so decided to open RS gold buying & selling, which i was part of, being manager at the discord server, managing new tickets on my shift and when other moderators were offline i would welcome new users and give out quotes when they requested skilling. We never really discussed where the vouches were going to but mainly went to rungold vouches thread (►► RungoldVe ◄ ◄ ★VOUCHES) , i tried collecting some others while doing own work on the side, a bit of staking here and there and some LMS boosting maybe to get a little extra money doing those services i saw videos on youtube and i really enjoyed LMS, those went to my vouch Vouch

2020 was a good year, i always felt welcomed at Rungold and started thinking of ways to grow rungold and maybe myself, helped them a ton on the servers, being canceled by jagex also put rungold and i really close together trying to figure out how we could overcome discord bans, how we could update our TOS so discord would hunt us down further, discussing how we could sponsor clans, take on new projects & rebuilding our trainers team was being put into work until the report on the company hit us.

Rungold service dispute

watching rungold get DNT, my only source of income currently made me think where i am standing and could only see myself going alone with what i was doing on rungold, which was gold sales, buying & selling, i didnt know much about services, just give out prices since rungold already have a team for the services
i told rungold that i would go my own ways because of the trouble with that service dispute and him being ill atm coudnt do much about it. I created some threads to promote my buying and selling, he was more than okay with it since he knew this could take a while to solve & build back a strong service team. Overall i think we are in good terms with him, we went through good and bad times in the time i've been with them.
I made a mistake here which was to tell our older clients to leave some vouches on my account of the trades they didnt vouch on rungold, if they could vouch on my thread, all along it was me doing them but i was still using company's discord which is why now im asking for forgiveness to staff. This made the thing way worse and i could just asked Rungold to leave a vouch for me instead of the early mentioned.

i never thought this would hit back on Rungold in anyway because there was no intention of it i wanted to start a small buy&sell buisness to bring some income while Rungold dealt with the dnt.
it wasnt worth for me to continue on rungold since my job was to bump threads of Gold side of the buisness and welcome those users during the hole day i was filling over 12 hours+ shifts to stay atleast away from irl issues and provide myself some income for the % and i coudnt do that anymore because of the DNT thats why i decided to part away myself.

after Rungold got issued a DNT i still had access to discord account but didnt know it was DNT on sythe, i after stopped bumping threads that i was told to before this all happened.
i talked to rungold that i'd part my own ways on sythe to start bullding a new shop and reputation for myself to afford living and dont lose another job.
I used to be on "RGV AGENT#5380" before it got canceled by discord/jagex, we aligned into 1 discord account to focus all trafic there and if we were shat down again we'd put just one account into our "contact details" here on sythe.
at the time i asked for vouch on my account i was on the RGV discord account yes, i made the trade, then i got pointed out that i did was wrong and i wasnt allowed to use RGV to trade so i make another discord account, Italiano#7223 and made threads to buy & sell gold myself so i coudnt bring RGV more trouble and removed my signatures, changed user title which had advertisements for rungold

 

"sorry for the delay pal, so you had access to the RGV discord account and after he was banned you used it to trade? did you know he was banned when you did that? or are you admitting you made a mistake"

he was never banned when i traded, i traded with the discord account and asked people to vouch on my acc, i think that was triggered the "evasion" but i had no means to do that, it was my mistake yes

 

No, pretty much i wanted to applogy to rungold for using his discord to trade and vouch my sythe. At the moment that he recieved the DNT for the service, rungold was having a hard time with his illness and told me to stop bumping threads. a few days later he told me what the DNT meant and that threw me off beacuse i didnt know what that meant, i didn't know if i was out of a job or if we had to wait for months. Rungold explained to me what i did was wrong so we decided to go our own ways, created some threads myself and started offering some gold flipping on my own.

After all of this i only want to ask for forgiveness and this ban to be lifted, we never had any bad intentions. I also would like to appology to anyone that had any bad experiences with me. Doing stuff without knowing brought me here and i won't do it again. Sorry for the trouble again.
