    Look at this e-mail I received:

    [​IMG]

    Note the e-mail! "[email protected]"!

    This is called a "spoofed" e-mail, and you should never send them your Username or Password. JaGex, being however retarded you think they are, did something right and only contact you in-game via the Message Centre.

    Look at peoples sigs >_<.
    Yea these emails can be sent by a website that allows you to choose any email address you wish. Thing is you cant check the mail to that email address, thats why they come up with some bull shit excuse of how you are to respond to another email. Anywaysss fall for this and your one dumb son of a $@#$@#$@!#$

    Amazing, over 40% of all Runescape Players who are sent this. I know this because someone I know does this (although he doesn't advertise on RS Cheating Sites)

    Honestly, it's common sense. Never reply to those emails, just ignore them. It's natural selection, only the idiot's fall for them, and they deserve to be hacked.

    This is how my friend owned someone on habbo. It was quite funny because the dude was playing for 6 years and still fell for it. This is runescape though I'm sure nobody would fall for that
