Dont even Think i should be banned.....

Firstly, let me state (*-xxfatalg0dz-*) is my one and only account, it has been accessed by 2 ip address's this one and the one i created it on, If you check them, the first one is from Alvin Texas with a zip code of "77511" the second to which where I now live is Rockport with a zip code of 78382.
I was banned for a false accusation, The mods/owner think\thought I was ban evading the proof of this is stated in video's comment here ---->
"Video stated : You ban evaded while your dispute was being reviewed, which is automatic ground for denial"

Now, I have shown valid proof stating which i was only partnered with this person, here is my proof that him and I are not the same along with him being "ban evading" which he claims he wasnt even this person.

While keeping this all in mind please take note that my ban was for ban evading, and if the staff team would take it out of there time to check if any account besides for this one was banned on either of the 2 ip's I have claimed I was on, or even if i was on a sythe account that is now banned I could maybe then understand, but flat out saying im another user with no connecting proof is just an injustice ban.

I am sorry that I partnered with the wrong person, and if I had any clue he was ban evading I would of deleted him right then and there. There is no way for me to know 100% that he was ban evading until he is actually banned. So banning me for something NO ONE can ever be 100% positive about is ridiculous. Now I know this happened another time, but this is because I am trying to start up a shop on sythe and I can't find anyone that is wanting to be legit like me to actually put in work to create a successful business, when I saw he had a site open for chat representatives I thought this was the perfect opportunity given that I have achieved my 12 vouches on the road to 100, He was not banned on sythe when he added me and i only found out he was banned after partnering with him and i didn't think anything of it, he told me he got banned for ban evading but the ban evasion he did was someone else that banned and they assumed he was him which he isn't apparently to his words "almost confused my self in that loop wowsers "

I just want to do stuff in a 100% legit way im gonna stick solo for now on..

enless I actually find someone that's in the same league of legitimate-ness as I am

Now if I get unbanned (assuming I am, because I should) what steps should I take to prevent this from happening again "partnering with a ban evader" when the only ones who can tell if someone is evading is the staff team?
Now if I don't get support for this I also want an explanation of how it's possible to blame/punish me for something that is only known by the staff team of sythe. There is the ip lookup tool, but this
