Have you attempted to contact the seller about helping you retrieve the account? The account is currently locked and that doesn't necessarily mean he took it back; location locks are common in sales especially when you've recently changed PW & email to something new.

 

Yes i did contact him and it's been more than couple days. He has changed the password and the registered email is also changed so obviously he recovered it.

 

I have screenshots of it, so if necessary i can post those too,
