Yeah that's not hard to believe. It's a pretty common scam going around. They sell a near maxed account for something insanely cheap like $150 and then recover it and do it again. Their excuse is "I just want to get rid of it and get paid, too many people are trying to scam me." The account is probably stolen too, so they couldn't care less if it gets banned, they just want to hand it off to someone as fast as possible.

Just remember that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Legit maxed accounts that haven't been stolen/botted on are worth thousands of dollars.
