As Richard said in this post, http://www.sythe.org/12721047-post14.html , i believe it should be changed to maybe 25 max and you get it permanently? or maybe decreasing to 3-5 per month. honestly, it would be hard to get 10 legit people joining per month.

This would help regain sythe and get more members on here.

 

It seems that nobody agreed with you here. If someone thinks that the current criteria is unfair, please either post a new suggestion or PM Sythe.
