    I don't think you understood the question, I'll rephrase;
    When someone purchases the account, prior to paying you, with use of a middleman, are you able to provide all the account recovery details to complete a successful recovery test?

    ^Nope you're the one who doesn't understand....

    A recovery test is done by a Mm and requires some information you may or may not have, I'd recommend checking if you do.

    Ofc I'll have a recovery test done during the trade.
    But i'm not willing to do it if the person does not have a real intention of buying it.

    They do a recovery test as a precaution prior to paying. So they know they can recover the account if hacked.

    They won't pay the fees for a recovery test if they aren't going to buy. It's just so they know they are getting legit info.
