^Me sending $20.00 for 10 pins, 2$ each.

^I told him that the pins don't work, and him saying that he'll refund me for 5 pins ($10.00.)


^He then blocks me. As you can see, I've asked for a full refund.

PM'd him now regarding the matter. If he does not respond/refund within 24 hours he will be banned

EDIT: I overlooked the rule with supplying adequate proof of an invalid pin- a mistake on my part, so apologies for that. Here's his response:

 

What would qualify as adequate proof? Would you like to try the pins yourself? I have them still.

 

He has sent me a picture of the $20 completely refunded. Dispute settled and resolved
