That idea is nothing special people have been doing it for years, but yours is just a minimal level for it. A maxed version of your account would be 75att 75str 99def 99range 99mage 99hp 77prayer. Your account is simply a mage/range tank. Using flames of Zamorak would work better than Sara strike though. You will be hitting higher by lowering their mage level (which reduces their mage defence) which forces them to use more super restores; they will run out of prayer a lot faster that way. Staying in the fight as long as you can fighting normally, and when you think the enemy is going to tele you tb and entangle. The issue with the build is that everyone knows what you are doing; most people will not fight you, but if you start the fight with a tb, they will just laugh at you and walk away since they will have full food.

It could work. Both builds are usable, however I prefer Saradomin Strike as it drains their prayer as well. I've pked a decent amount of time on it, and when wearing Ahrim's, most people will fight you. The thing is, with Staff of Light, you can use the special attack to deflect your opponent's melee attack. On the other hand, with the Toxic Staff you can venom them (however this is easily countered with anti-venom).

I've fought a lot of melee people like this, I will say that I have pked quite some items. The real problem (in my opinion) is that there are a lot of pures and voiders who will attack you. Pures shouldn't be much of a problem, however Voiders are hell for this account. It's 87 combat, it was another user who said it was 85 combat.
