I am currently looking for a permanent RS3 buyer that will always offer me the best possible rate the market allows at the moment. If you're looking for huge profits; look elsewhere. You'll make money, but it'll be due to large amounts of gold and small margins. I have had agreements like these before, but these contacts are either not around any longer, or are not reliable in buying my RS3 when I need it.

I have a small list of requirements for this partnership:

* As I don't mind going first, I need to deem you trustworthy. If you can't show me proper evidence of you being trustworthy, don't bother replying.

* On average, you need to be able to buy up to 1b RS3 a week for 07 gp. I'm not completely unforgiving and unreasonable though, I know things can get in the way; this is more of a guideline.

* You need to always be able to match or beat your competitors' rates.

That's about all I can think of now. I have 650m RS3 waiting at this moment. Let me know.
