    The only person who can truly answer this is matthew or another bond holder, as most of us don't know what the bond thing looks like, sorry :/

    It looks like there's an issue with the PayPal account or you've been limited in some form.

    I think you were banned recently, is this your first time adding money to the bond after your unban?

    As Laptop65 said I think it is a issue with PayPal and not the bond.
