Verac Staker

What stats? (thinking of something like 70 atk (maybe 75 for gs) 30-40 str and 70 def (maybe 75 def for dfs?)
also what quest should i do? Thanks guys!

 

Verac stakers are just that.. Verac stakers.

70-45-70 should be fine with Full Verac, Dragon Boots, Fury, Regen Brace, Zerker Ring.


As for quests, I don't touch them.

 

I'm interested in these too actually, what HP level do you recommend?

 

The proper Verac Staker has a build such as this: 70 Attack - 45 Strength - 70 Defence - 60 HP - 68 Combat. The only quests that I would recommend would be Dragon Slayer for a rune plate-body (helps with training) and Lost City for the ability to wield a Dragon Dagger. Now usually, only Verac armour would be used but there are a couple anti-Verac Staker builds which could put you into a heap of trouble. So if you were to encounter a problem you could just whip out a DDS and poison them and then use a whip for the kill.

I think I'm going to be making a guide on Verac Stakers as every other thread is a question about them. The only fear I have is that too many people will have builds such as this, but if so there are a couple counters to Verac Stakers.

a bit higher str and you should be fine, thats 2 low you wont hit..

 

I remember a few Verac stakers back in the day saying 70-49-70 was good and just build up from there.

 

if you wanna stake i would say just box or whip only stake... im an old school staker, all i ever did was box or whip only... with all the new 1 handed weps i will most likely box only now.
