    You will need to contact a bond holder yes, I'm unsure whether they'll accept paypal because of chargeback risks, you would have to check their threads and ask them. You can find the sticky threads here:

    After the first $50 donation, you can donate directly through the User Center at the top but for the smaller donations you'd have to go to a bond holder.
