    About Paypal
    I think I'm banned from making anymore Paypal accounts. For some reason, whenever I try to make a paypal account, it would say "We are not able to process the signup request. Please try again later." Though I got one of my friends to make me an account, but it got limited after a week or so o3o

    About Paypal
    Did you do anything that would make this happen like suspicious acts (chargeback, etcs)?

    If not, contact PayPal through phone to ask them what's wrong.

    All the accounts I made before got limited, since I received too many transactions at once.

    Your best bet would be to call PayPal and explain to them that you are doing virtual trade business and nothing illegal.
