PayPal dispute taking ages

Like 1 month ago Cameron Bilbrey opened a dispute against me. Didnt care too much about it, sent some proof that I am legit and he is not to PayPal and expected me to lose the dispute in a few days like previous disputes. But now, a month later, the dispute is still not closed. As a result of this I can not use my PayPal to buy stuff at webshops and withdrawing money to my bank account is a pain in the ass as well.

So, how long can these things take? Got so annoyed at it that I already made another PayPal but that isnt an ideal solution.

O yes. Already sent a mail to PayPal as well some time ago. No response yet.

 

Did you try calling PayPal and asking them about it?

 

Dont realy like phone calls, am a bit autistic in that area. But might be the only option to get it resolved in a timely manner I guess. Will keep that option as a last ressort.

 

Yea I've called them when a dispute I made was taking longer than they said and the person on the phone manually closed it in my favor. Sometimes it can be hard getting through the robot before speaking with a real person though, but it's prob your best shot.
