Since technology section is dead

Hello all, ill make this short and sweet. I am a beginner and cant seem to find s straight forwards answer, or at least one I am familiar with since I am nooby at web development.

1. I have a site. www.example.com
   
   
2. I made a landing page under this domain on Wix. Wix does not support my web application since, well its wix.
   
   
3. I will instead use a different hosting service to host my domain www.example.com
   
   
4. I want to make my wix page usable, by linking it on my domain www.example.com on the "info" tab.
   
   
5. When users click this user tab, I want them to be brought to my Wix site (which again, is not on the same hosting) and I want the domain to read "www.info.example.com"
   

I understand this is a subdomain, but is it possible to connect a subdomain to a Wix site while having the main domain on a seperate hosting platform?

If so, how do I go about doing this? I made a beautiful Wix landing page I would hate to go to waste, and already paid $100 for the hosting for I am looking for tips on how to do this.

I mean contact the only people who know, your hosts.

 

You can add subdomains on cPanel if you add /cpanel to your url. There'll be a link on your host.

Fuck wix man just WordPress it. WordPress is for morons and it's used by pro's.

You can make the subdomain link to the wix domain, but to change the domain of your wix website you'll need to do that through wix themselves.
