Dothraki King is a scammer

I posted in the user services thread looking for someone to do mage training for me while on vacation, Dothraki King responded, said he could do it in 7 days and would charge me about 25m. We talked on Skype for about a day and settled on everything.
He logged onto the account today, and took the supplies that I had in inventory. He only scammed me for about 18M as I didn't want him to have access to ALL the supplies or my bank account.
The amount that he took was so tiny, I didn't see a lot of a risk with it.

I hit him up later today just making small talk, noticed that he had removed/blocked me on Skype.
I sent him a message on both Skype and Sythe, not reply obviously, logged onto the account to find inventory empty.
