I have been advised that this is the best place to potentially advertise a domain so I am hoping I have reached the correct place.

During the latest release of new .X domains through 2016 and 2017, I have purchased http://www.powerlevelling.games which I plan to rent out at a fair monthly price to anybody that would be interested in it - be it an individual or a company.

Due to this being a new domain type, this is a completely fresh and untapped extension with the potential to attract a huge audience due to the simplicity of it. This also has 2 major keywords which will help to boost Google rankings.

The rental of this domain would be on a monthly basis whereby the DNS is assigned to your host, giving you exclusive access to this domain for the agreed period.

I do have a price in mind but feel that this would be better discussed on a 1 to 1 basis rather than airing across the forum.
