How to prove to PayPal I didn't recieve my vps (Owed over $1k)

I bought two 24gb VPS' from RSXVPS on 12-month contract, and they have now proceeded to run away with everybody's money.

Two Thirds of the money was paid via PayPal, so I have submitted a claim asking for a chargeback. However if PayPal ask for proof that I don't have the VPS, what should I provide? I have emails of my IP's I was sent, and I could video myself trying to connect?

Also, when I purchase another VPS, does anybody have any reccomendations? It must be an official registered company I don't want to sign up to any old website like rsxvps, I want a proper registered company.

 

You could try that mate. It might workout for you. If you make a little video of showing all the emails etc. then trying to use the VPS then its better then nothing. But remember with paypal, the company also needs to provide proof that they actually gave you what you paid for so any sort of proof you can post is helpful.

 

I believe how paypal works on topics like this, is they will ask rsxvps or w\e to provide proof that they're still giving you a vps etc.also if they took your money as well as other peoples there will be more than 1 dispute I'm sure which paypal will see and investigate further.

 

the fact is, the VPS supplier is not going to be able to give Paypal fake proof so you should get the upper hand.

 

I once charged back for this, paypal said that because its a virtual service they don't give you buyer protection.

 

sorry, but they don't give buyer protection on virtual services, I tried disputing a payment for vps which was heavily oversold and they won case.
