Doing this for a freind

[4:12:11 PM] BGlave: This is BGlave here, just want to share a few things that I think are important and needed to be said. But, because I’m banned I will try to find someone who will be able to post this for me, unfortunately I won’t be able to respond and since I’m working after school I have no time to read any future responses, so this is just me getting my word out there. This means, behind the scene action that wasn’t shown to the public. This may also be a staff feedback for most staff members.

The pardon system is nice, but also shit. For one, you are admitting to the wrong doings of your ban, but if I admitted to something THAT wasn’t against the rules, and I’m punished for it, as if I’ve scammed someone, where is the justice? I’m aware that staff can ban someone if they see fit, but if I’m not a threat to ANYONE, who’s at fault here?

I could of waited out the pardon, as I was going to be unbanned without a doubt as it was unneeded, but since the waiting time is 100% not needed and I needed a way to contact most of the staff members about the progression of my pardon, I’d think that an account I made 20 days prior to the ban would be an option since I only had contacts to two staff members. Dialatic and Ryan.

I’m aware it’s ban evading, but if I was banned because a moderator thought since I was given the account a year ago at 3 post count and didn’t make it because I COULDN’T make an account, I’m the bad guy. So, I used that as my shield and reasoning for going on the account to ask questions. I’ve contacted most staff members about the pardon and who I was and didn’t receive a ban. Note: I did not post at all, after I got the reply I would log out asap and continue on with what I did prior to that.

It took me literally 2 days to get support from 5 staff members, and I thank those staff members for the support as I was not a threat to no one. Anyways, on the 7th day in which the thread was supposed to be moved to the voting it wasn’t, and the day after it wasn’t. So I asked Dialatic when it will be moved, he said an admin will and he doesn’t know. Of course he got an attitude with me, but I would too. If I was to ban someone who didn’t break a rule and got questioned constantly for it. That’s what I do. I’m skeptic kind of person, I will question you if need be.

A month before I got banned I pmed Sythe about my situation and got no reply, I then contacted nick about it too and he told me he couldn’t change my username (Requested that it was an option) and only staff members are able to do that. I said okay, didn’t receive a ban, as I wasn’t expecting one at all. Before pming sythe I looked at the rules over, and saw that it wasn’t there. I wouldn’t consider it being account selling as the giver did not receive any exchange for it. He gave it to me out of his will. I do know staff can add new rules, but was the ban handled appropriately?

The pardon system was recently added, so if I was banned before that happened, then what? I think my positioning was wrong. I should have disputed my ban as I did not break any rules of any sort. Even after my ban and unapproved pardon, the rule still isn’t placed. So I was targeted for no reason basically. I got a pm from dialatic asking if I made the account and I didn’t and he banned me straight after with no explanation of any sort. I had to add him and then he told me what to do, this is horrible moderation to the next level.

To further this, I never gotten banned on sythe, never got reported, didn’t scam at all. Yet I was still banned for “precautionary” reasons. That wasn’t said to me, but I’d assume so. Even with that being said, I was guaranteed an unban. Although, the process would take two weeks, or possibly more time. I had two graphic orders before the ban, an on going sale and questioning with the buyer of an account I sold. In my position it was not professional and it gave my buyers/sellers another thought about me, that I wouldn’t want them to have. When going through a transaction, you would always want to be safe, but if the person you are doing the trade with is in some kind of dispute, no matter what it may be, you think again.

Back to my conversation with mohsta. He basically told me the process of the pardon etc. I talked to Dialatic and he gave me an attitude [again]. So I started to joke around with him, obviously I shouldn’t have, but I did anyways. He took everything seriously and at the of the whole conversation, he only put parts of me saying the “bad stuff” and left out parts such as: You do know I was joking about sending out keyloggers etc? Because for me to do that and for you to not find me I would have to reset my ip which takes 24 hours, if not longer. Then I would have to remake an account, and then find a random keylogger just to send to random people who won’t fall for it, it’s just a waste of time and I don’t have that kind of time on my hands.

About the tiers situation, it’s kind of sketchy, but for a few reasons and I will tell you.

1. To receive a ban, you must break the rules.
2. Account was made 20 days before the ban and I’ve said that in the pardon.
3. I’ve spoke to more than 5 staff members individually, and didn’t get a ban.

Well, of course I talk to dialatic and tell him what I did on tiers and he gets a hissy fit. “I’m doing my job”, explanation for my ban, but you’re doing a poor job if the ban wasn’t necessary and NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT against the damn rules. When you are forums, you’re always told to follow the rules, which I did and again there is always a way for you to get banned and staff can make it happen because they’re staff.

Not my account? Yes it is my account. I’ve had the account in my possession after a year and my ip is the only ip ever on the account, excluding my friend who gave me the account. He’s posted a few times in the graphics section, because that’s what he does and I told him that I would have to change the password because we had a plan basically. To start a market shop and for us to share the same account is unprofessional for both of us and will cause confusion everywhere, but because we are alike it was the only reason why I’ve let him on MY account.

Let’s think for a while.

If you’re given something, it’s yours, not theirs no longer. Of course unless it was stolen, if not it’s yours.

My account was always in my possession, meaning no one could have access of my account without me knowing.

I wouldn’t think someone who gave the account to me at such a low status level, could recover despise the fact that I donated 800m, not him. So I’m giving my money to better the site, and at the same time I get a knife in my back for FOLLOWING THE RULES.


The second screenshot I told 100% truth to dialatic, I was just thinking he wanted to know whether if I was lying or not so I did and get banned.

Now really think hard about this.

If I didn’t make that post, I wouldn’t be unban, nor would I be a threat to ANYONE and would continue doing what I usually do. Help the community, whether it be answering questions, reporting members, or just interacting with others.

I mean it’s funny because I didn’t think that I’m a bad guy, or ever was a bad person to anyone.

Cool, but buddy I had enough supports in 2 days and Ryan asked me why I did certain things to ruin my pardon and I told him it was a joke, but Dialatic was trying so hard to make it seem I’m the bad guy. That’s when ryan revoked his support, and ALL OF A SUDDEN MY PARDON GETS..

At the end of the day, I was banned because I followed the rules and it will stay like that because I wont bother to make another pardon just to redo this whole experience which I call BROTHER BULLSHIT.

Regarding the evasion on the account Theeatrical, it wasn’t mine. Not sure if my friend will want the account anyway since it was at a low status, but I’m sorry for doing so. I just got caught in a situation in which I had to reply to a question that got a wrong answer. Bad habits (worry)

At the end of the day, it takes a minute to make your own account. Surely you'd think that taking an account from someone was dodgy and in some respect, kind of unwanted. I really do feel sorry for you, as you could have done worse, but rules are rules. Whether it says buying or not, you're essentially taking someone elses account to use as your own, and that's pretty much what the rules try to deter.

 

Could of sworn I seen this a while back - must be losing my mind. Sucks to hear the about the ban, best of luck in the future. (If you do come back to read this.)

In the end you screwed yourself over, even if it was a joke you'd have to be retarded to make it when you are 1) banned 2) talking to a mod. I agree with BeeVer - No sympathy, try again in 6 months.

 

I lol'd when you got banned as I called it and you even told me "I won't get banned".

All of these feeble attempts for sympathy support is just driving people further against you. What you did was idiotic and currently you are beating a dead horse. As what the others have said, go away for 6 months.

And seriously, glave i among others (seemingly a few staff as well) were sympathetic to to your situation and you go and twist off threatening to spread keyloggers. I have 0 sympathy for you whatsoever and hope to NOT see you back, you handled this horribly.. things were looking up as far as your pardon was going (or so it atleast seemed) and you pulled some stupid bullshit. Your sob story isnt going to work.
