Good runescape pker

I need some help making a good pker. Could some give me some advice on what type it should be, what levels I should get and what items I need.

That's a bit far fetched, I'm talking about something that's up to lvl 40/45.

 

um 65 ranged 65 mage 1 def ull b like lvl 45

Get:

60 attack
80 str
45 def
31 pray <3
any RANGE or MAGE lol

 

str + mage

 

60 atk, 99 str, 1 def. Please no def.

 

tanker 70 def 40 att 80 str, if your going f2p

 

well if your looking for ftp 40-45 i would have to say 60 str 45 attack(more accurate hits) 70 ranged(12s with addys) then use the old range/2h combo. Although the attack timer for rune 2h is changed so experement with b axe

 

get 60strength 20attack, or 60/65 strength and 50attack (NOTE MAULERS OWN EVERYTHING AT LVL 50+ WITH 60+ STR AND 50ATT IVE PKED OVER 3MIL ON MY 63STR 50ATT PURE

str ammy
climbing boots
any gloves from rfd, any cape/hood/hat
Option 2: 60/65 Str, 50att
