Does video game worth spending the money and time?

I rarely spend money on games. There's three games i've spent my cash on:

World of Warcraft - 150-200€
Runescape - 30€
Diablo 2 & 3 - 100€

Mostly I pirate everything. Gaming time, i'd say about 360 days overall.

 

It's like any other hobby. If it makes people happy, then it's worth it to them.

 

I don't know how long I've spent. My RS account says I've not spent as long playing as I thought I have time wise, less than 100 full days for one and less than 14 days for another over the time span of ten years. (Ful 24 hour days) I love RS, though. I don't know how much I've spent, it's worth it to me though. I don't have a lot of other hobbies or activities so I enjoy it.

 

Little to non these days. There was a time where I had 12hr days on battlefield.

It always will come down to whether or not you enjoy it and you yourself like it. Do not ever let anyone else decide for you. If you just love it and could not find anything wrong with it, it is time and money well worth spent. If you are stressed out or feel uneasy about it, then stop. Plain and simple. Just go with how you feel about it.

I personally am a gamer and a game/game related merchandise collector (Mostly Nintendo) and just enjoy the hobby so much. Everyday, I purchase and add a at least a game to my collection. It is also so enjoyable just going all around town and looking for games in the wild, or take up on auctions. Then again, it can take a chunk of your savings in a matter of seconds. An expensive, but enjoyable hobby.

Everything in moderation is the key to a healthy, happy, and successful life.
