hi my friend cheekyminx ip has been banned, he has only just registerd so i was wondering if you could help, it keeps saying this "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. If you feel that your IP address should NOT be banned, you may contact the administrator here, or ask someone to post in the Dispute Forum on your behalf."
Tell him to use a proxy and post in the dispute forum. There is probably a reason he is Ip banned though.
yes. a proxy always helps. he should report in the disput forum and see how the mods can handle the case.
