Does she really want to talk?

Here's the deal, I talk to this lady a few times or even more on facebook via inbox. ( at school we barely see each other. ) I noticed I always seem to have to start the convo, but she does tend to send big paragraphs to me, its more then what I usually talk to someone on facebook frequently. And she only said hey to me once out so many times.
the question is does she really want to talk, if so why doesn't she at least say hey to me first,not via the other way around... just feels like I'm being to "talkative" not to sure what word to put there, lol.

 

Give us more information.
She could just be shy, she could be ignoring you, maybe you've done something without realising it, her friends in school might not like you.

 

Not to sure how to elaborate it even more, lol.
Tho she is kinda shy, pretty sure I haven't said anything bad. it's all positive!
and the friends, they don''t I tend to be a TLC person at school haha.

 

I get this on numerous occasions, it's simply because girls tend to feel like they're bugging you, so they simply wait for you to talk first, that's all dude.

 

lol really? I thought it was being shy, yeh like I said shes heaps nice we send like stories because there that huge of a message haha.

EDIT - but tho I keep saying hey to her, would she reckon she would get annoyed?

 

Girls like guys making effort, it's a natural occurrence, I doubt she minds if you're having lengthy - enjoyable conversations.

 

And that 100% true, right?
if not what are the other possible reasons? shy?

 

I see her online a few times everyday after school, should I say hey to her or do it on a Friday or something?

 

If you already talk to her online, try talking to her when you're not on the computer. Approach her, and start a conversation, man.
