If she says that you've gotten cuter since she last saw then that's a way of flirting. From your story it definitely seems that she likes you. The awkward silence doesn't mean anything. It happens. I would hang out with her a few more times before you make a move just to be safe.

tbh it sounds like she does like you. just be yourself tomorrow and i am sure all will end well.

 

Its seems to me that she likes you, When you take her to breakfast, compliment her, but don't be cheesy. When you arrive, open the door for her, and be a general gentleman.

During the meal, ask her if she wants anything more to eat or drink. If you are serious about going out with her, slowly ease into the conversation about how you really like her etc

She will either tell you the same thing, or not.

Make sure that you pay for the meal.
