Item dispute - not sure where to pose this question

I was scammed out of a runescape account after the following day of it being purchased. I have now just done 'item dispute' with 'mis-authorization of payment' in an attempt to get a refund - does this go against sythes code of conduct? If so why, since I'm only trying to cover myself from the consequences of getting scammed?

If you bought the acc here in sythe, you should report the scammer here: http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=253

Also, you will need to provide proof to Paypal, such as screenshots, because if you don't the dispute is most likely going to be ignored or denied.
    Good luck!

It isn't against Sythe's code of conduct to withdraw payment after an account has been recovered, but if the other trader reports you for scamming, you may be banned for it. Thus, I would advise gathering the evidence you have to create a scammer report against the account seller first (hence why screenshots are highly recommended for all account trades).

Sin's answer should be thorough enough to close this thread. You can report a scammer here.

PM me if you have any other concerns.
