Does anyone run a Linux OS?

I'm currently running Ubuntu 10, and I was wondering if anyone else runs these types of OS's?

 

I personally don't but my father does, he uses Fedora and does loads of stuff with it. I for one have no idea how to use linux.

 

Ubuntu has been said to be the closes to windows of all the linux versions, but I'm not quite sure. All you really need to know how to use ubuntu is the terminal. Its all based on that. To download any kind of messengers, apps, etc, you need to know the codes.

I use Mint 9. I'd never go back to Windows XP.

I'd hope not. Windows xp is like 9 yrs old.
I use debian for server... but my laptop has windows 7, so there is absolutely no reason for me to use any linux distribution.

 

Mint is my favourite, I should be running it next month. I'm currently running OpenSUSE.

 

I use Slackware as my main Operating System, but I also have Debian on my file server that is in my closet.

 

I have ubuntu 10.04 on all my computers at home.
