    1. Open Notepad
    2. Type <title> My site </title>
    3. After that type <body bgcolor="000000" text="ffffff" link="fff000" vlink="ff0000">
    4. After you have typed in the color's for the stuff on the site follow the next step:
    5. Type this after the body <center><h1> My site!!! </h1></center>
    6. Then after that type this <center><p> I love my site </p></center>
    7. Then go to save as and for the file type choose all files and name
the file mysite.html then save it. And go to the location where it is
    saved and open it.

And there you have it a simple shitty looking website :) Lol.. I know alot in html basicly it all but that will get you started.
