Does anyone know what time Green Skin Ends?

I know Jagex said Nov 4th but I want to know until what time today we can upgrade our accs to p2p with green skin.

i did that yesterday tbh green skin doesnt look very good on my account but meh greens green . I think they just meant it ended 12:01 on november 4th so it already ended i think(just a guess )
