Does Anyone know...If you use moneybooker do you need a credit card

Yeah guys i need help...when you use moneybookers.. so you need a credit card? or can someone just send you money from a sale or w/e then you can buy whatever you want. because with paypal it wont let me spend nothing unless i got a credit card verified on it. i was just wondering if its the same to both of the sites. SOMEONE ANSWER PLEASE !

 

You don't need a credit card to start using it.

 

Yeah im pretty sure someone can just send you money and then you can spend that money as money bookers uploads instantly to balance and have a couple of ways to put money onto the account other than credit card.

I mean you need a credit card if you wanna raise you limit always more safe that way, but yeah you actually don't need one.
