Rogue kills

In order to earn a rogue kill point on the hiscores, does the rogue kill have to be risked?

Responses and additional info is appreciated.

 

As far as i know, in the old bounty hunter, it did not. so i dont know why it would be changed now.

 

So you're saying that it does "not" need to be risked for it to count?

 

Yes, that is what i am saying.
Don't hold me on it though. try reading through the knowledge base, that mite give you a better idea.

 

im not sure tbh, i don't even know how the new bh ranking system works because if you look at the rogue ranks theyve barely changed from old bh to new, and i tried killing 10 people in a row (was 26king they was risking) to see if it would effect my rouge rank, and it didn't effect it at all, so no idea :X

 

Yea I've been wondering the same thing, hopefully someone can answer this question?
