The only reason I said what I said is because SE is against the rules. I wasn't really asking for you to justify your reasoning behind SEing an Otterbox, but the fact you think you deserve a commuter does leave me wondering where your sense of entitlement comes from. You paid for one product and are expecting an entirely different one. Logic tells me that if you were unsatisfied with the defender you should have just returned it for the commuter rather than having to scam the company. Or the more likely scenario from my point of view: you SE'd the first one too, so you were unable to return it.

 

I didn't SE the first one, I have the AT&T packaging& receipt still... I was not trying to scam the company, I will try to ask if I can get the commuter instead of the defender, and I'll tell them I have the defender. See where it goes, Otterbox cases have dropped in price and I bought mine when it was $50.00 and now they are $35...
