    Need some verification
    I am new here and I do apologized if this is the wrong section. I posted a thread in Software Sales section and I received a contact request from user claiming that he's http://www.sythe.org/members/204813-the-black-tux.html. He asked me to go first on out deal and he provide me vouches link http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/830982-black-tuxs-vouches.html. So I asked him to PM me here just to make sure, he said that I won't receive any PM from him due to my low post count (?), is that true?
