   How do you use the 'Video & Film' option on PhotoShop??

   ---

   I want to make .gifs and I'm guessing that the 'video and film' option would be the best
   
   but everytime I try to make a new frame, it automatically sets the new brush, etc. to every frame
   
   what the hell do I do??
