do you think this is against the rules.

i traded away my obby mauler acc i spent alot of time on. the next day the acc i traded it for was recovered , then i asked him about it and hesaid it was not his orignal acc and he lost all the money on my account and sold it already. honestly that sounds really suspcious all of my stuff gone and the acc sold within 1 day of the trade being made along with the other acc being recovered on the same day. he denies recovering it . do u think this deserves him being banned?please give your thoughts.
