    Any tennis fans?

Obviously being in Scotland I'm hoping Andy wins the singles again. He's looking on good form.

    Yup, huge Tennis fan

Been a Federer fan my whole life, isn't fun knowing it's almost the end, and possibly the end of him ever winning another major. My other favorite is Del Potro, who has been injured constantly since winning his only major.

Would prefer to see Murray win it again, I really don't like Djokovic or Nadal all that much.

Djokovic's mysticism has been absent, 1 major in the last 8. Pretty surprising given that 1 unstoppable year he had.

It's a 2 horse race between Djok & Murray for me. I hate Murray, but he's looking pretty good this year.

I'd like to see Federer win it, but I think he's just getting too old now unfortunately. And Nadal is nowhere near the player on Grass that he is on Clay, we saw that when he got beat as a 1/33 favorite at Queens? (I think, not a huge Tennis fan)

It's a bit of a conundrum, Nadal actually struggles more in the early stages of Wimbledon because the grass is lush and the ball bounces differently. However, as the courts get chewed up, they become more like clay, which Rafa is the obvious greatest of all time on. So, that's why you see him losing to random players early sometimes, and a big reason he's already dropped the 1st set of every match so far...but the fact he's getting further makes him more and more dangerous.

I'd love too for Federer to win another one, but he's likely going to have to get by Rafa and then Murray (he's playing the best at the moment) to win again. I don't even think he beats Rafa tbh. Probably will get smoked and have Nadal further legitimize his attempts at becoming the greatest to ever play...as much as that pains me, I'm the biggest Federer fan you'll meet.

Nadal loses to a 19 yr old that had to qualify just to be in the tournament.

    Unbelievable.

Nadal completely proved my last post wrong, because it's the 2nd week and the grass is chewed up.

His mysticism of clay just does not translate to grass. He's still amazing on hard court too though.

It's all set up for Federer. Nadal out, Murray out, Djokovic ailing...if he doesn't win now gonna be a huge disappointment for me.

Being Swiss, I've naturally been a huge Federer fan my whole life, and also supported Wawrinka through his ups and downs. Today was painful to watch as Stan could have gone further and I'm annoyed the draw brings them together as 4th and 5th seed. I have money on Federer and I'm feeling confident this year. He played well in Australia and the French and he has continued that good form onto his best surface.

I also HATE Murray with a passion. Personality of a plank. Completely made my day to see him crash out but I predicted it anyways due to his poor form since last year and Dimitrov's rise to the top.

    Hop Federer! ^^

Raonic will be tough for Federer. Federer's serve has been as good as Raonic but I worry if it goes to a lot of tie-breaks that Raonic can win just by playing with house money and having nothing to lose.

Federer hadn't lost a set, or even a service game until he played Wawrinka and didn't get a great start. Wawrinka has a huge serve, but it's only effective when it actually goes in, something he lacked with through the 2nd 3rd and 4th sets. I feel Raonic might face a similar fate, and the Federer serve is as good as it's ever been. He may have been serving sometime 20mph slower than Wawrinka but he hit more aces due to the sheer precision and spin he also gets on his serve. Could well see a couple of tie-breaks in the Raonic vs Federer game as both of their serving has been class so far.

I fancy Federer to beat Raonic in 3, with Djokovic going through after a touch 5 set encounter with Dimitrov.

Federer to win the final in maximum 4 sets.

That's one advantage I really like for the Swiss Maestro. He is a lot better of a returner than Raonic and even just one lapse in one service game could be enough to clinch the set, especially since Raonic is kind of a slow mover on the court when returning. He's got some nimble attributes, don't get me wrong, but sometimes he seems bogged down and slow as molasses.

I would love nothing more than to see Dimitrov unseat an increasingly annoying (in my opinion) Djokovic. Djokovic mocks the crowd, seems to be super full of himself, and is generally just not all that fun to watch for me. I'd much rather Federer lose to Nadal, or even Murray, I absolute detest when Djokovic beats Roger.....it would feel like a national holiday for me on Sunday if Federer were to beat Djokovic.

Federer has a pristine chance here to distance himself from Rafa as greatest of all time, and increase the GS lead...which he needs to do, desperately. Beating Djokovic would feel so, so good. It would so be worth the 2 yr major drought to beat that smug Serb.

Honestly though, I hope Dimitrov does his dirty work, I'm not even going to lie. I would love for a Fed-Dimitrov final, the bright lights would likely prove too blinding for Grigor, and Federer would win in 3-4. And even if he lost, I wouldn't be bitter. Can't say I won't be bitter if Djokovic beats him, especially if it's gut wrenching + close.

Federer Djokovic it is. Dimitrov blew 3 set pts to make it go to a 5th set.

I hope Djokovic is that nervy vs Fed, he has not looked at his best all tournament.

So disappointing from Roger. In the big moments, he seemed to be the nervous one. Oh well, was a great run to the final.

    I still don't like Djokovic.

Got it to a 5th, still loses. Salt in the wound big time. Ugh.

Haven't been this gutted since Federer lost 08 wimbledon final to Nadal 9-7 in 5th.
