    Do you think im buff?

    Don't take weight gainers, I just finished a cycle on them and I put on allot of fat. Built a fair amount of muscle but a high protein diet would have been just as effective without as much fat being gained, covered my abs in a thin layer of fat just before the summer which is shit!
    I'd recommend the following supplements to stack if you have money to throw at it.
    Morning:
    Multivitamins/omega 3.
    Prework out:
    White flood.
    Creatine monohydrate.
    Bcaa's
    Protein shake.
    Post work out:
    Protein shake.
    Combine that stack with a high protein medium carbs diet, drink a hell of allot of water and train hard.

    yea man i asked my doc about the weight gainers and he said FORGET ABOUT IT in a mean voice
