Cant Recover Locked account?

Ok so im the original owner of this account but for some reason it never works. All info is true except maybe the creation date but yea. I dont even know if a member of Jagex staff even reads it unless he just looks at one bit of info and denies it considering I responses in under 5min everytime. Anyone know what I could do >_<

 

Doesn't it give you which questions were answered incorrectly? I know it did but not sure now, I haven't had a locked account for years...

 

If I remember correctly, recovering a locked account is a simple process of clicking "recover locked account" then checking your email registered to your account to unlock it.

If I were you, I'd go ahead and tweet a J-mod in the support department. Seriously Jagex's best customer support comes from social media.

 

If your registered email is still linked to the account, all that would need to be done is a password reset. If not, you'll have to try again with more convincing information, or contact them on twitter for additional support.

Exactly! I thought I was the only one laughing about Jagex's customer support being funneled through Twitter of all things..

 

Yep, its quite sad to be honest. But then again I do question majority of Jagex's decisions (especially evolution of combat).

 

I dont understand jagex sometimes. That have made the whole process of recovering an account a big mess.
