Do you like where you live?

Simple question, do you like your area/ country/ town etc..

Personally for me, I don't mind the area, I live in a nice, quite place, but i actually hate my country (England)
Hate the weather, most of the people and the general economy.

 

No not really, i'm not going to share my information on where i live exatly but it's really loud here day and night.. I live in the city that doesn't sleep

 

I've grown up in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.


Apart from the religious "imperialism" that goes on throughout the state I have really grown to enjoy living here. Mormons are in a sense "too nice" but that's a hell of a lot better than being "too mean".

A lesson my father passed on to me consisted something along these lines:

These people may not be your type of crowd, hell, they might not even be your friends, but they are on the same team as you are.

 

Yes, I live in a generally nice place. Friendy people, nice weather, pretty quiet place, etc.

 

I love where i live!

I was born born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Moved to Chandler, AZ when i was 17 for college. Attended/Graduated Arizona State University, during my senior year decided I wasn't going to go back home because how much I love Arizona.

Theres an incredible difference from Arizona compared to anywhere else.

You wake up at 6AM and you have a full Sun, usually around 80 degrees, once noon comes it heats up to about to 105 and at 3:00PM it usually stays around 115-120 depending on the season. During winter it gets to about 75 so theres a nice cool breeze to do whatever you want..

Everything is beautiful, buildings are new, roads are always paved (once a year they redo them) it is always busy and you never have to be worried about being bored.

Everything is set up in a grid so you can get anywhere in under 20 minutes, Pheonix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert..

Stores, malls, restaraunts, they're everywhere.

Nope its boring as fuck and i cant wait to get out.

 

Don't particularly love it here, can't leave anything valuable in your car overnight for fear of someone smashing the window and stealing it. I want to move to be honest, back to London or something, anywhere is better than here.

 

I hated the previous city I was in, it was pretty much the only place I disliked living. I now live somewhere else because of college and I love it.

 

I like the country I live in but the smaller town I live in is quite boring. I would much rather live in a bigger city like Vancouver or Toronto.

It's not bad... I made a lot of memories here, but I'd really have loved to stay where I was actually born and raised. :X

 

Yeah I do, but not lately. Stupid tourism is hitting here, dumb Kardashians advertising our city for their getaways lol. That's not the real reason lol, it's the ideal place. Hot summers, alright winters (which are a joke so it's pretty much always hot haha)

EDIT: Next to the beach is probably it lol...

 

it's hella cold in the winter where i live, but in the months that aren't november/december/january/february/march it's mild and nice.

 

I love where I live. It's still relativity small and the crime rate is pretty low. We have warm weather year round, and awesome sandy beaches. I live on a coast called the "Treasure Coast" so people are always finding gold pieces and other treasures. Although its not big on the night-life scene, we have lots of fun here. Besides, if I feel like going out for the night, Miami is just a couple hours away.

 

Do you live in Palm Beach Giddy? I'm from Orlando which has an ok night life which is just cut off by the cities 2 am dry law and curfew on night clubs and other shows. The theme parks are ok and tourist don't really bother me. The fact that Its so centrally located from great beaches and big cities such as Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville is also a plus. In the end I don't mind where I live.

nope. dont like the culture. if i had it my way id live in a small rural area close to beaches and parks. and away from the white southern new zealander... so somewhere in the north island of new zealand.

 

Yep I love it actually I personally thing I live in one of the better places in the world [ united states great lakes region] tons to do n i live out in the woods so I don't have to deal with the many idiots that comes from living in the city.
