Algebra Help Needed...

If someone could please help me out with these I want to know if I got the right answers?

6x + 84=4x -124

12x + 108=8x + 200

-16x + 216= -8x -216

5x - 168= -4x - 924

18x + 138 = 15x + 12

3(-6x + 18)= -6x -138

-5(-3x + 43) =6x -638

4(6x - 15) = 6(3x + 62)

3(9x + 4) =2 (8x + 105)

4(2x + 210) = 3(3x-109)

Please help and the way I did it I think I got the wrong answers..thanks

What level algebra are you taking?

 

Level B...just got into it..and this is so stupid!! I tried 2 possible ways and never get any of the answers inside the word bank omfg Ima blow up~

 

For god sakes I'm going to sleep this is so freaking stupid always showing work then getting the wrong fuck answer I'll just dump it away since its to stupid and complicating!

 

Just divide by the number next to 'x' on both sides of the equation.

For the parenthesis, its called the distributive property. You simple multiply the number to the left with all the numbers in the parenthesis to get the equation, then you just isolate the 'x's.

For example; 5(x + 5) = 5x + 25

5x/5 = x
25/5 = 5

 

Level B? Doesn't it go Alg1 Alg2..at least in New Jersey it does..

If you are still confused, I'd suggest you probably stay before or after school. I'm sure your teacher will sit down and tell you step by step on how to do it. I do before school, so I don't have to get a ride after school, and all that junk.
