Why won't you be able to quit? Just try not smoking week for a week..

 

Ive tried that like 20 times lol it just doesn't happen..

weed addiction is mental, not physical, your mind is thinking you cant stop so you cant, keep telling yourself no more weed in your head and eventually it will reach your subconscious and you will not want it that often

 

You gotta get your priorities straight. It's summer where I live, so if it's summer time right now there then don't cut down right now. Just cut down when you have school, smoke after school,not during school. This is what I did... But it really depends on the person, everyone can do it... I quit smoking cigrarrettes cold turkey... In one day, after smoking for a year and a half-2 years. Just cut down, it really isn't hard.

I used to smoke weed everyday but I had to quit because of my parents drug testing me. It's hard man, but what you have to do is get some hobbies and keep yourself occupied with other things. So when you would normally be getting high go hang out with your friends and do something fun so you can keep your mind off of it.

If you don't want to quit completely, then just smoke on the weekends to relax and get away from school.

 

instead of smoking two bowls a day. try smoking 1 bowl. or instead of taking 6-9 hits from a Bong/Zong, take 4-5 hits. and just ease off onto it over a period of time.
and like someone said above, find some new friends that dont smoke weed. or go to a N/A meeting, there are plenty of people there who are willing to give support to quit smoking. but thats pretty extreme.

if you want some natural highs. i'm not sure if it'll help, but it helped me, look up Binary Sound Waves. Listen to that music hahhahaha. Or listen to Nikhil Banerjee. JUST DO IT.

 

I smoked weed when I was 15, I'm not sure if I was addicted to it or not, but once I decided to stop, I stopped. After the day I decided not to smoke anymore, I didn't have any after.

I suppose others are more addicted than I was, but to me, I've tried it, I liked it, and I didn't have a problem stopping.

Weed to me is like having a casual lobster for dinner, you love it, but you don't have it everyday, and you can live without it.

Honestly, I don't know your level of addiction, and I don't have any help to offer but to say, just stop.

 

Weed is like Tobacco, just better for you.

The best thing you can do is ease off it, Say if your having 3 cones a day or every 2 days, make it 2, or have 3 cones and share it with a mate.
Don't cold turkey it, as this will cause stress and you will not be concentrating at school or your job.

Keep yourself occupied with different things......i mean your young...Btw that highness your feeling....is the lack of oxygen in your lungs...And the crap thats going on in your brain if that makes you want to quit then do it.... i mean...make friends who dont smoke...im 17 and...im all around people who smoke...3 of my family members infact...do i do it? No.

 

When I quit smoking cigarettes I just went cold turkey. I had the urge to smoke cigarettes while I was quitting but I knew it would be better if I didn't. I stopped having frequent urges about a month after I stopped. For weed I did the same thing but I will still smoke weed once in awhile.

 

Give yourself rewards ex: if you dont smoke for a day treat yourself for a ice-cream cone.

why don't you wanna smoke weed anymore? As long as you're not harming others with it or stealing to support your habit I don't see the problem.

 

Get someone to help you. No, I don't mean a therapist, I mean someone punches you in the face every time you smoke.

 

Whats the apeal of smoking weed anyway? I just can't see why anyone would start... does it make you popular or what?
