    How to greatly improve flexibility and enhance your sporting abilities.

    Before i start this guide : Please do not attempt this if you are :

    Obese
    Cannot handle pain
    Have an injury
    Are unwilling to commit to it.


    Also, some Warnings :

    If this is done improperly it can result in muscles being torn.
    It is best to start off slowly and gradually increase.
    Never do this before a serious sporting event.

    Now on with this guide, flexibility is the key to sports, it enables you to run faster, stride further and many other factors. Flexibility is very important.

    This will not only be fun, but will help you greatly.

    The Static leg stretch.

    Sit up against a wall so that one leg is bent and the foot is against it, and your other leg is straight up against the side, you can do it on a gymn ball too, this is what it should look like :

    Now, Pull your leg back as far as it can go without being in extreme pain.
    Hold it in that position, but push hard with your hamstring (thigh) push but dont move, do this for 10 seconds, relax while still having your leg in the same position, try pulling it back further, you notice that it lets you, this is because the body gets used to it and thinks "oh okay, this is good i can go back further" Keep doing this for around half an hour, and your leg should be past your face. This enables your muscles to grow longer, thus making you more flexible. Do this twice a week and you will be like a gymnast in no time.

    After you do this, it is important to shake off the lactic acid, so grab your leg and shake it vigorously. You can also have a hot shower to get rid of the acid for sure if you want to. This also works out your abs and arms slightly.

    take to this program for at least 5 weeks, and you should notice dramatic increase in performance, how did you think sportsmen are the people they are today?
