    Relevant Information: User and I diced $8.00 USD for my Gohan Has Aids mini rank. I defeated him.

    Additional Information: I understand he was banned beforehand, and then filed a claim against @Buyacc on PayPal. I would like to add this to his ban reason. After searching through him a little bit, back in 2012 he was arrested for burglary. Seems as if people don't change. On my end, $8.00 isn't enough for me to file any sort of police report.
