its been buzzing like a whore the passed month, just this morning cuz what? it wouldnt work, i could hear it trying to spin but to no prevail.
FINALLY it spun and it was loud as ever, im pretty sure its going to go out soon...

what do i do?

Get a new one, or if its an old computer buy all new parts and build a gaming computer :D

it is a gaming computer, with a antec 900 case :/ bought it last summer. (july)

If you bought it only a year ago, see if its under warranty.

And buzzing real loud = movable parts = fan. Not really a mobo problem.

From your pic it seems that the fan is removable from the detachable power cable.

Possibly just buy a new fan taht fits.

thats just a problem with the fan. unless your computer wouldn't boot...
judging by the fan placement i'm assuming thats the northbridge chipset, try taking the fan off and monitor the temps for your northbridge. that fan shouldn't be necessary unless you are overclocking.

yeh, i figured it was the fan, and yeh its detachable, where can i find a new fan? i look for fans on the web all i find is heatsinks or cpu fans or w/e

Motherboards dont do any sort of spinning, or noise making. That could be the fans, or more than likely the HDD (Hard drive)

it's not the motherboard it must be the fan on the phx card or HDD

it's either the hsf, hdd or graphics card.. test each one and find where the sound coming from but if you game I recommend you buy a better hsf.. that one is sad lol.
