Do I have anemia?

So basically lack of iron causes it.

I think I have it because:
I get tired fast.
Headaches.
Pale skin.
Dizzy when I get up.
Shortness of breath.
Supposedly runs in my family.

Anyone else have these symptoms? And how do I control this? I have vitamins that I don't usually take, but I think I should.

 

when you get up to fast alot of people get light headed witch causes dizzyness when that happens just look down at your feet and it helps a ton

How long have you felt this way?
I get the same, and I black out alot
but, Doctor's have no idea what it is xD

Sometimes, moving quickly, or around alot can cause headache's
Possibly migrains can run in your family, or caused under stress.

 

maybe you have asthma.

try exercising a bit.

 

I have almost every one of those symptoms. I think it is anemia also. My dad wont look at it though.

I've been anemic before. It simply means that your blood is thin, and you are lacking iron.

To control this, take some iron pills, and your blood shall become thicker.

Fully test if you're anemic by poking yourself to bleed with something, and if your blood leaks rather quickly, then you're a anemic.
