Wtf, console banned from Xbox live

Okay so I try to sign into live so I can get my rape on in Halo 3, right.. turns out I'm somehow banned from xbox live on my console. Idk what I did..

I called 18004MYXBOX and after going through a normal rep, a supervisor, then finally a manager (mind you this alone took 2 and a half hours) the manager hangs up on me.

They tell me I modded my console, which I DEFINITELY didn't. It still has the Microsoft factory seal. There's no way I could've modded it without opening it up lol :s

Considering just getting the new MW2 xbox after I sell my banned xbox to gamestop.

I have my xbox modded and played burnt games a 3+ days before release date and didn't get banned yet. Not yet haha. Prolly will at some point though FML

I play like 2-3 hours a week anyway lol. I think the most I've played in a single day in like a month or two was the other day when we got those last few exp in MLG and that was only for like 2 hours. I already reserved the MW2 Xbox 360 ^_^ damn thing is sexy as hell.

I got banned once before for erm i can't remember but it was a error.. I was on phone for over 12 Hours talking to someone.. Had to change person because it was end of there shift.. Ended out they banned the wp.. I claimed and got like 2k of them :O
