Is anyone else getting this...

When you go to www.runescape.com for the first time after June 27th, you will see a world list (nearly identical to the old one), and a disclaimer.

It says that you need to accept its popup whatever for whocares.

What is that? Is it happening to anyone else? Do you think it could mean that RS is using popup ads now?

 

Sounds like a phising website, are you positive it's www.runescape.com and not runscape.com or something like that.

Yeah, I was getting this before I updated my Java... I was running Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope at the time.

 

You need to update your java.

 

yer, I think it is just a Java issue, I used to get it, then I downloaded the latest one and it doesn't happen anymore.

 

ALl you have to do is on the top right side click the "Do not show me this again" checkbox. And voila no more after that, though even I clicked it they still gave me an extra one.

 

I got to the java site and it says I already have the reccomended version (6.13) even though 6.14 is already out.

 

Delete your java completely then try downloading again new version.

ok did that and now it gave me 6.14
